What data we collect

Data you provide to us

Buyer intake form. When you submit a workload intake as an AI team or buyer, we collect your name, email address, organisation, and role, as well as workload details including GPU type and quantity, budget range, sector, data residency requirements, and compliance needs. This information is used solely to produce your GPU provider shortlist.

Provider intake form. When you register as a GPU provider, we collect your organisation name, contact name, email address, and the details of your offering including GPU models, regions, pricing, and certifications.

Contact form and direct email. When you contact us directly, we collect your name and email address.

Data we collect automatically

When you visit computecompass.eu, we automatically collect standard usage data including pages visited, session duration, browser type, device type, and approximate country. This is processed through Google Analytics 4.

How we use your data

We use intake form data to produce a ranked shortlist of GPU providers matched to your workload requirements. We share your workload profile with a provider only after receiving your explicit consent for each introduction. We do not share your data with providers speculatively or without your knowledge.

We use contact details to respond to your enquiries and, where you have opted in, to follow up on your shortlist.

We use analytics data to understand how visitors use the platform and to improve it. We do not use analytics data to identify individuals.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the following bases under GDPR:

  • Consent — for sharing your workload profile with providers and for any follow-up communications beyond your initial request
  • Contract performance — for delivering the shortlist service you requested by submitting an intake
  • Legitimate interests — for platform analytics, security monitoring, and responding to direct enquiries

Third parties

Lovable (platform infrastructure)

The intake forms on this site are built and hosted on the Lovable platform, operated by Lovable Labs AB, Stockholm, Sweden. Form submission data passes through Lovable's infrastructure before being exported. Lovable processes this data as a processor under a Data Processing Agreement in compliance with EU GDPR. Retention

We retain buyer and provider intake submissions for as long as needed to deliver the requested service and for up to 24 months thereafter to improve our matching methodology. If you ask us to delete your data, we will do so within 30 days. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (14 months).
