Provider FAQ
Questions providers ask us
What does it cost to be listed on Compute Compass?
Providers who onboard in 2026 join the founding cohort. Founding providers lock in their rate through the end of 2026, are recognised as founding partners in every shortlist they appear in, and are invited to give early input on the scoring framework as it evolves alongside buyer feedback. Standard rates apply from 2027 onwards. Founding intake closes once the cohort is filled. To request a founding spot, email hello@computecompass.eu.
How do you collect provider data?
A structured intake form completed by each provider, cross-checked against public documentation and DPAs where available. Discrepancies are resolved with the provider before a listing goes live.
How do you verify what providers tell you?
We review the documentation a provider points us to: certifications, DPAs, customer references where supplied. We do not currently run independent test workloads, and we say so when our verification is documentary-only.
How often is provider data refreshed?
Time-sensitive fields like pricing, capacity, and lead times are reviewed regularly. Certifications, jurisdiction, and contractual terms are reviewed less frequently or on provider request. Each shortlist shows when the underlying data was last reviewed.
What happens to my submitted data if I'm not shortlisted for a specific buyer?
Provider data is retained for matching against future buyer intakes. It is not sold or shared with other providers. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may appear in published market reports.
What's the recourse if Compute Compass mis-describes my offering?
Email hello@computecompass.eu with the correction. We review within 5 business days and update the listing if the correction is documented. Where the change materially affects a recent shortlist, we contact the buyers involved.
